Actualités du jour: l'essentiel by am3  is a content aggregator. We use public RSS feeds and APIs provided by news publishers to display headlines, snippets, and thumbnail images from their articles. We do not host or claim ownership of any of the content displayed.

2. Fair Use and Attribution

We operate under the principle of "Fair Use." For every piece of content shown in our app:

We always credit the original publisher, clearly displaying the source name (e.g., "Foot01", "France Info", "Le Monde.fr" as seen in your screenshots).

We link directly to the original article on the publisher's website. Our goal is to direct our users to your original content.

We believe this practice is mutually beneficial, providing you with a wider audience and increased web traffic.

3. Content Removal Requests

If you are a publisher and you do not want your content to be displayed in our application, please contact us. We respect your intellectual property rights.

To request removal: Please send an email to am3.news33@gmail.com  with the subject line "Content Removal Request."

Please include: The name of your publication and the URL of your website.

We will promptly process your request and remove your feed from our app as soon as possible.
